La finalitat \u00e9s aconseguir, de l&#8217;autoritat laboral corresponent, un perm\u00eds per a suspendre o extingir les relacions laborals d&#8217;una situaci\u00f3, en la qual es garanteixen alguns drets dels treballadors.<\/p><p>En este procedimiento intervienen varias partes: de un lado, la empresa y los trabajadores o los representantes de \u00e9stos, si los hubiere, y de otro, la Autoridad Laboral, el Servicio de Empleo P\u00fablico (SEPE) y la Seguridad Social.<\/p><p>A Maclaboral realitzem l&#8217;assessorament i tramitaci\u00f3 de ERO, el seu seguiment i control amb la finalitat de proporcionar seguretat jur\u00eddica als nostres clients, i minimitzar els riscos econ\u00f2mics derivats de les situacions transit\u00f2ries de dificultat econ\u00f2mica.
